Speaking is a major skill in English subject. The facilitator should use a good program especially in English speaking skill. Communicative Approach in Training of Speech that has been used in teaching students' speaking skill in Tarbiyatul Muallimat Al-islamiyah Al-AmienPrenduan , it should suggest for facilitator to use one good activity that suitable with the students inthe classroom.
There is two problems in this research. How is the implementation of communicative Approach in training of speech of learners' speaking skill at Balqis Club of Tarbiyatul Muallimat Al-islamiyah Al-A.mien Prenduan? and how can communicative Approach in training of speech of learners speaking skill at Balqis Club of Tarbiyatu Muallimat Al-islamiyah Al-A.mien Prenduan?
The research design of this study was descriptive qualitative. The data was taken from the observation in teaching learning process, interview to the facilitator and students and documentation to support the data. The data then analize qualitatively .
The implementation of Communicative Approach in Training of Speech of students speaking skill run well. The facilitator follow three steps in the program . It starts with opening in which the facilitator open the session by saying salam. Then, it is followed by the agenda where the selected learners present the speech. Finally the facilitator closes by selection the next speaker to deliver the speech and parts the speech training program by saying salam.The training of speech in Balqis club develops the learners English mastery. The learner are not only able to communicate actively to others but also their language mastery increase. The learners have better in gammar and vocabulary. They also become more fluent. They all what the learners get through the training of speech they join in Balqis Club of Tarbiyatul Muallirnat AI-islamyah AL-A.mien Perenduan.
