One of important component to determine learning process successfulness is learning media. In bulding learning successfulness, learning media used to make learning to the material that will be learned easier. One of them by used media to support pleasing learning by using learning video, like using youtube video that is choosen by the researcher.
There are two problem in this research. The first is to find out wether the students who watch youtube has better listening skill at The Second Semester Students of English Teaching Learning Program. The second is to find out the influence of watching youtube on listening skill at the second semester students of english teaching learning program at IAIN Madura.
In this reasearch, the researcher used quantitative research approach exactly corelational research design which data are analyzed by using statistcal procedure and the population of this research is the second semester of english teaching learning program at IAIN Madura. But researcher takes one class as a saample of research by random sampling, and the researcher choose C Classconsist of 32 students. The technique of data aanalysis used in statistical analysis excatly r-test (product moment) analysis.
The result of this reearch showed that there is Influence of youtube video to the students listening skill at second semester student of IAIN Madura. It can be proved by the (r_t) with significant 5% df:30 (r_t ∶ 0,478 >r_ 0,3388) it proves that the the value of r statistical higher than the value ofr_t.
Based on the result above, the reseacher concludes that watching youtube video can influence to the students listening skill. It is suggested for english teacher to teach using educational media such as video, for sometimes.
